摘 要:[目的]研究9种常用杀虫剂对蔬菜蚜虫的毒力,筛选高效、低毒的化学农药和生物农药。[方法]采用琼脂保湿浸叶法,测定9种杀虫剂对江苏里下河地区蚜虫的室内毒力。[结果]高效氯氰菊酯对蚜虫的毒力最高,其48 h致死中浓度(LC50)值为0.077 9 mg/L;阿维菌素、毒死蜱、甲维盐和吡虫啉次之,LC50值分别为0.204 5、0.434 5、0.948 9和1.090 3 mg/L;9种杀虫剂对蚜虫的毒力大小依次为高效氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素、毒死蜱、甲维盐、吡虫啉、印楝素、吡蚜酮、多杀菌素、噻嗪酮。[结论]高效氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素、毒死蜱、甲维盐和吡虫啉可作为田间蚜虫防治的首选化学药剂,而印楝素和多杀菌素可作为田间蚜虫防治效果较好的生物药剂。[Objective] The aim was to study the bioactivities of nine pesticides against vegetable aphids so as to screen efficient and low-toxicity chemical pesticides and biological pesticides.[Method] The toxicities of nine insecticides against aphids in Lixiahe Region of Jiangsu Province were tested by bioassay method.[Result] Beta-cypermethrin had the highest toxicity,and the LC50 value was 0.077 9 mg/L at 48 h.Next came Abamectin,Chloprpyrifos,Emamectin Benzoate and Imidacloprid,and the LC50 values were 0.204 5,0.434 5,0.948 9 and 1.090 3 mg/L,respectively.The toxicity orders of nine insecticides against aphids were Beta-cypermethrin,Abamectin,Chloprpyrifos,Emamectin Benzoate,Imidacloprid,Azadiracht,Pymethrozine,Spinosad and Buprofezin.[Conclusion] Abamectin,Beta-cypermethrin,Chloprpyrifos,Emamectin Benzoate and Imidacloprid might be the best choices for aphids control in the field in Lixiahe Region of Jiangsu Province.As bio-insecticides,Azadiracht and Spinosad might be the better choices.
