南昌市工业用地集约利用潜力分析

摘　　要：根据南昌市工业用地现状调查数据,选取综合容积率、单位用地固定资产总额、基础设施完备度、单位用地工业总产值等指标,运用综合评价法评价了南昌市工业用地的集约利用水平和潜力挖掘能力。结果表明,南昌市工业用地集约利用水平总体较高,过度利用和集约利用的功能区面积占到了70.83%。针对29.17%的中度利用和低度利用工业用地提出了提高其集约利用水平的建议。According to investigation data of industrial land status in Nanchang City,selecting indicators of integrated volume rate,total amount of fixed assets,infrastructure complete degree,industrial total output value,comprehensive assessment method was used to evaluate the intensive utilization level and potentiality of industrial land in Nanchang City.The results showed that the general intensive use level of industrial land in Nanchang City is higher,excessive use and intensive use area occupying 70.83％.Aiming at 29.17％ moderate and low use of industrial land,several suggestions for improving the intensive use level were put forward.
