摘 要:提出了一种新的面贴式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)在非线性调制区域的弱磁控制策略。利用同步电流PI调节器输出的指令电压与空间矢量脉宽调制PWM变流器输出的实际电压之间的差值直接计算出弱磁角。该方案简化了SPMSM弱磁控制系统的设计,提高了直流母线电压的利用率。仿真和实验结果表明电机能在宽转速范围稳定运行,从线性调制区域到非线性调制区域弱磁电流过渡平滑,响应速度快;具有重要的工程应用价值。This paper presented a novel flux weakening scheme for surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) in nonlinear modulation region. The flux-weakening angle was calculated based on the voltage difference between the output of the synchrounous PI current regulator and the output voltage of PWM inverter. This method simplified the flux weakening control system design and improved the utilization of DC bus voltage. The results of simulation and experiment show that PMSM can operate in a wider speed range and the smooth transitions and fast response between linear and nonlinear modulation region of the flux weakening current is guaranteed. This method has important value for practical engineering applications.
