摘　　要：目的:基于连续性血液净化医疗方法的应用,能有效清除感染患者体内毒素、炎症介质,极大地提高救治成功率,研制一种带有血透生命支持系统的装置应用于现场救治。方法:选择方舱作为载体平台,将所需要组合的设备、仪器进行较好地安装、连接,并设计可满足展开血液净化的温度、湿度、压力等环境条件,可作为整体进行移动运输、整体转移至救治一线。结果:带有血液净化生命支持系统方舱设计,满足了临床救治的要求以及运输转移的条件,是一组新型的移动式生命支持系统。结论:该系统的应用将为未来战场救治和非战争军事行动的灾害救治提供有力的支撑,并随着其功能的不断改进和完善,在满足前沿生命支持救治需求中发挥重要作用。Objective To develop a shelter with hemodialysis life support system for field treatment.Methods The shelter was used as the platform,the involved instruments were installed and connected properly,with the environment conditions including temperature,humidity and pressure taken into considerations.The assembly of the shelter and the involved instruments could be transported to the frondine.Results The shelter with hemodialysis life support system could meet the requirements of clinical treatment and integrated transportation.Conclusion The shelter with hemodialysis life support system can be used for the medical treatment of wartime support or military operations other than war.
