摘　　要：目的:设计编写病案归档查询软件,帮助病案管理部门监控病案归档情况。方法:基于医院院现有的数据库系统和软硬件资源,以PowerBuider9.0为基础开发工具编写软件。结果:实现从个人、科室到全院全方位的病案归档查询,实时的监控病案归档情况,为病案质量管理提供有效的数据支持。结论:此软件具有兼容性好、操作简单、成本低,效率高,推广价值显著等特点。为规范化、制度化、信息化的病案归档管理工作提供了决策手段。Objective To design and program medical records filing ＆ inquiry software.Methods Based on the existing database systems and software,hardware resources,PowerBuider9.0 was used as the basic development tool to develop software.Results Medical records filing ＆ inquiry software could realize all-around inquiring medical record filing from personal,departments and hospital,monitoring medical records filing at all time,and providing data support for medical records quality management.Conclusion The software,with high compatibility,easy operation,low cost and high efficiency,provides aids for standardized,normalized and informatized medical records filing management.
