摘　　要：目的:评价国产全数字血管造影系统临床应用的安全性、系统可靠性和影像质量。方法:选择临床需要进行介入诊疗的患者100例,按解剖学部位分成颅内动脉、颈动脉、支气管/肺动脉、冠状动脉、胸主/腹主动脉、肝动脉、肾动脉、髂总动脉/盆腔动脉、子宫输卵管造影或再通、四肢动脉10组,每组10例。每位患者根据临床标准影像采集方法进行血管造影。介入诊疗术后对影像质量、设备的可靠性、安全性、易用性进行评估。结果:100例患者均完成介入诊疗操作,系统运行稳定性好,无任何仪器故障及与系统操作相关的不安全事件发生。血管造影易用性评价很满意95例(95%),较满意5例(5%)。所有部位介入诊疗操作期间,图像分辨率较高,亮度对比度适中,介入操作器械清晰可见,无图像过饱和现象。摄影获取的图像100%有诊断价值,其中质量好和很好的影像达91%。结论:国产全数字血管造影系统完全满足临床工作需求,在未来医疗市场中具有很大的经济和社会效益。Objective To evaluate the safety,system reliability,and the image quality of the home-made angiography equipment.Methods Totally 100 patients needing interventional therapy were equally divided into 10 groups by anatomy to implement angiography,including the groups of intracranial artery,carotid,bronchial/pulmonary artery,coronary artery,thoracic/abdominal aorta,hepatic artery,renal artery,common iliac/pelvic artery,hysterosalpingography or uterus and fallopian tube recanalization,and limbs arteries.Angiography was performed for every patient,then the image quality,as well as the reliability,safety and availability of the equipment were evaluated.Results The operation went smoothly in all cases and reliability,stability,and availability of the system were gained.The image contrast and resolution ratio were suitable and there was no picture supersaturation during this procedure.The image quality satisfaction rate was up to 91％.Conclusion The home-made angiography equipment can fully satisfy the clinical demands,and is of great economic and societal benefit in the future.
