摘　　要：阐述了电子签名的概念、特征、原理及法律依据,从检验业务流程、备案与下发U-KEY、升级LIS、人员培训、逐步推广使用、U-KEY到期续证等方面介绍了电子签名的实施与应用,最后指出了电子签名的重要作用及存在的问题。The concept,characteristics,principle and legal basis of the electronic signature are described,and its implementation and application are introduced from the aspects of operation flow,recording,U-KEY distribution,LIS upgrade,personnel training and promotion.The importance and problems of the electronic signature are also pointed out.
