基于专利文献的技术演化分析方法评述

摘　　要：技术演化分析是专利分析的重要内容之一,为国家科技规划、企业研发战略提供决策支持。首先总结了技术演化分析方法的现状,根据分析对象将其大致分为3类:基于专利分类号的技术演化分析、基于专利引用关系的技术演化分析和基于专利文本内容的技术演化分析。接着分析了各种方法的优缺点,在此基础上提出专利文本与引文结合的技术演化分析的观点,并进行了可行性探讨。最后就专利文本与引文结合的技术演化分析方法的研究思路提出建议。Of an important part of patent analysis, technological evolution analysis can provide decision making for government＇s science and technology planning and enterprises＇ R＆D strategy. Firstly, the main methods of technological evolution analysis are summarized： analysis based on Patent Classification, analysis based on patent references and analysis based on patent text. Then the advantages and deficiencies of the above three methods are analyzed. On this basis the method of analyzing techno- logical evolution by combing patent text with patent references is put forward and its feasibility is discussed. Finally, suggestions are made for future research directions of the proposed method.
