摘 要:为了解决传统温度测控系统中监控站和现场站之间信号线多、组网困难、成本高、难维护等困难,设计将监控站和现场站之间的信号传递方式改为无线网络的方式,使得整套系统易维护、易组网、成本低。在报警系统中采用了多传感器信息融合技术,确保了整套系统的可靠性。在温度控制中采用了经典的PID控制策略,使得整套装置有较好的响应速度和控制精度。试验表明,在500m内,整套系统不需要中继节点就能可靠地工作。In order to solve the problems of traditional temperature measuring and control systems, such as too many wires between master and slavers, difficulty in networking and maintenance, high cost and so on, a wireless signal transmission solution approach is presented in this paper, which makes networking and maintenance easy, and reduces the cost of whole system. Multi-sensor information fusion technology is applied in the alarm system to ensure the reliability of system. Classical PID control regular is used in temperature control system to make whole system have fast response and high accuracy. The tests show that the system can work reliably and stably without relay stations within a range of 500 meters.
