大功率液力机械性能试验台的研制

摘　　要：为解决大功率(传递功率1 000 kW以上)液力偶合器、变矩器性能检测,研制驱动功率1 000 kW液力机械性能试验台。详细介绍试验台的功能、系统组成、软硬件的实现、工作原理以及操作功能。偶合器、变矩器性能试验检测结果表明,该系统运行稳定,安装调试方便,结构简单,操作简便,自动化程度高,数据采集精确,可靠性高,能够满足大功率液力机械传动性能检测试验要求。A hydro-mechanical test stand at 1 000 kW for testing hydraulic coupling and torque converters.In order to make a solution for testing hydraulic coupling and torque converters of 1 000 kW and up we studied and made a suitable hydro-mechanical test stand there-for.The text introduces in detail the test stand's functions,serial composition,utilization of the software and hardware,working principles,and the operation process.Test results show that the system's operation is stable,easy to install and tune,simple in construction,convenient in operation,high in automatic degree,accurate in data collection,and high in reliability,etc.,which can satisfy functional test requirements of high-power hydromechanical transmission.
