摘 要:目的观察两种机械通气方式对溺水患者肺水肿的救治作用。方法应用高频喷射通气(HFJV)和常规机械通气(CMV)对溺水肺水肿患者分组救治,在不同时间点观察血气分析、氧合指数、以及撤机时间的比较,从而观察两种机械通气方式治疗效果。结果两种机械通气治疗,血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SO2)均明显改善,两组12h氧合指数高频组改善优于常规组(P<0.05),撤离呼吸机时间早(P<0.01)。结论高频通气能较快纠正溺水患者肺水肿,改善氧合指数,且撤机早,优于常规机械通气。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of conventional mechanical ventilation(CMV) and high-frequency jet ventilation(HFJV) on pulmonary edema after freshwater drowning.Methods Patients after freshwater drowning were randomly assigned to receive CMV and HFJV.Blood gas analysis,Oxygenation index were monitored at various time points,the time of weaning from mechanical ventilation were analyzed.Results PaO2 and SO2 were increased significantly after the use of ventilation,but HFJV can improve pulmonary edema better and weaning from ventilator quickly.Conclusion Therapeutic effect of HFJV on pulmonary edema after freshwater drowning is better than that of CMV.
