摘  要:目的:建立川西獐牙菜药材的1H-NMR指纹图谱,为其质量评价提供新方法。方法:以氘代甲醇和重水为提取溶剂,采用1H-NMR分析技术建立指纹图谱,并利用相关系数法计算不同批次药材指纹图谱的相似度。结果:从川西獐牙菜提取物中共鉴定了25个初生和次生代谢产物,包括五环三萜类、环稀醚萜苷类、口山酮及其苷类、黄酮类、氨基酸类、糖类、脂肪酸类及有机酸类等成分。另外,10批药材指纹图谱的平均相似度为0.981。结论:1H-NMR分析方法具有整体性的特征,并且样品制备简单、分析快速、重复性好,建立的指纹图谱为川西獐牙菜药材的质量控制与评价提供了科学依据。Objective: The aims of this study were to establish the ~H-NMR fingerprints of S. mussotii, and to provide a new method for the quality evaluation of S. mu^otii. Methods: Deutcrated methanol and deuterimn oxide were used as extracting solvent, and 1H NMR-based analysis technique was applied. Moreover, correlation coefficient method was used to calculate the similarity of the IH-NMR fingerprints from different batches. Results: 25 metabolites belonging to different chemical types were detected from S. mu.~otii, including xanthones, iridoid glycosides, pentacyelic triterpenoids, flavonoids, amino acids, sugars, fatty acids, or- ganic acids, and so on. In addition, the average similarity of IH-NMR fingerprints of 10 hatches samples was 0. 981. Conclusion:Ill NMR-based analysis method had a holistic characteristic. Sample preparation and handling was simple and easy. It usually took a much shorter analysis time compared with conventional HPLC method. The results of this study can offer an important reference for the species identification and quality control of S. mu^otii or other related herb medicines.
