摘　　要：目的:探讨益气类、养阴类、清热解毒类、活血化瘀类、化痰类等5种不同治法中药对人肺癌A549细胞的影响及其机制。方法:将30只雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组(5组中药组和1组空白组),分别灌服生药浓度为2 g/mL的五种中药溶液及等量生理盐水,灌胃2次/d,在第7 d最后1次灌胃后2 h取血清;A549细胞株随机分为7组(5组中药组,1组空白血清组,1组生理盐水组),分别加用5种中药,空白血清,生理盐水,48 h后采用MTT法测定对细胞增殖的抑制率;流式细胞法测定细胞周期。结果:5种中药对A549细胞株均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中清热解毒药和活血化瘀药组相较于其它3组具有明显的抑制作用。清热解毒药类和活血化瘀类中药可诱导细胞凋亡。结论:不同治法中药对人肺癌A549细胞株抑制作用不一,其中清热解毒类和活血化瘀类中药抑制作用较明显,其抑制机制之一可能与其诱导细胞凋亡相关。Objective： To investigate the Qi class, Yangyin class, Qingrejiedu class, blood circulation class and phlegm five different treatmem methods of Chinese medicine on human lung carcinoma A549 cells and its mechanism. Methods： 30 female SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups （5 groups of traditional Chinese medicine group and one blank group） were orally crude 2 g/mL drug concentration or five Chinese solution or normal saline daily 2 times by gavnge, 7 days after the last gavage 2 h got serum; A.549 cell lines were randomly divided into 7 groups （5 groups of traditional Chinese medicine group, 1 set of blank serum group and 1 saline group）, each with five kinds of Chinese medicine blank serum, saline, 48 h by MTY assay inhibition rate of cell proliferation was measured; flow cytometry to determine the cell cycle. Results： Five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine on the A549 cells had differ- ent degrees of inhibition Qingrejiedu drugs and blood circulation drugs group compared to the other three groups significantly inhibi- ted. Qingrejiedu drug classes and blood circulation Chinese medicine can induce apoptosis. Conclusion： Different therapies and tradi- tional Chinese medicine inhibition of human lung cancer cell line A.549 different Qingrejiedu class and blood circulation Chinese medi- cine inhibition than the obvious one of the mechanisms of inhibition may be related to induction of apoptesis related.
