摘  要:目的:优选扶正生血胶囊的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比为自变量,虎杖苷和浸膏得率的总评归一值为因变量,通过对自变量各水平的多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用星点设计,响应面法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为乙醇56%~65%,提取时间5l~60rain,料液比1:17-1:20。结论:该试验工艺简便,具有良好的预测性。Objective: To optimize the process of extracting technics of Fu-zheng-sheng-xue capsule. Methods: Independent variables were ethanol concentration, extraction time and solvents ratio, dependent variables were the overall desirability of the extrac- tion rate of pulydatin and the extract yields. Linear or nonlinear methodology was used to estimate the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the process of extraction. Results: The optimal conditions of extraction process were determined as follows: ethanol concentration 56% ~65% , extraction time 51 -60 rain and liquid-material ratio of 1:17 - 1:20. Conclusion: It is simple, convenient and high predictive to optimize the extraction technics of Fu-zheng-sbeng- xue capsule.
