热敏灸治疗不完全性脊髓损伤性尿潴留的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸疗法治疗不完全性脊髓损伤性尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字法将60例患者分为热敏灸治疗组和针刺常规治疗对照组,2组均配合间歇导尿等常规护理措施,观察2组临床疗效。结果:热敏灸治疗组临床总有效率为90%,针刺常规治疗对照组总有效率为86.6%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸疗法治疗不完全性脊髓损伤性尿潴留有良好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of thermal moxibustion therapy in the treatment of patients with incomplete spinal cord injury urinary retention. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the heat sensitive moxihnstion group and acu- puncture treatment group, two groups with intermittent catheterization, routine nursing measures, to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. R~＇f＇aalts： Thermal moxihustion treatment group, the total clinical effective rate was 90%, acupuncture and routine therapy control group the total effective rate was 86. 6%, total effective rate in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Thermal moxihustion therapy in the treatment of patients with incomplete spinal cord injury urinary retention has good effect.
