摘　　要：新型城镇化强调大中城市、小城镇、新型农村社区协调发展、互促共进,国有商业银行回归县域将对新型城镇化起关键作用。以新型城镇化为重要时间窗口,国有商业银行迎来战略回归县域的历史机遇期。本文借鉴金融支持县域经济的国外经验,提出国有商业银行回归县域的策略选择。The state-owned commercial banks return to county market plays a key role to the new urbanization. Now is the historical opportunities for the state-owned commercial banks regression to county. This paper draw lessons from the experience of foreign financial support of county economy, put forward the choice of the state-owned commercial banks regression County strategy.
