摘 要:以玉米自交系的无菌苗幼嫩叶片为外植体,探讨并优化了幼苗来源的胚性愈伤组织的诱导、继代和分化条件。结果表明,CIM1是本试验中最适合的培养基,获得的愈伤组织经过改良处理后能达到较高的分化率。这说明选择合适诱导培养基以及对愈伤进行适当改良都可以提高愈伤组织的分化率,有利于建立高效的玉米组培再生体系。The initiation, maintenance and differentiation of callus from seedling-derived leaves of maize (Zea mays L.) inbreds were studied and optimized. The results revealed that medium CIM1 was the best medium in the experiment. Callus obtained could achieve higher differentiation rates after modified treatment. All showed that, selecting appropriate induction medium and appropriately modified callus could improve callus regeneration rate,which benifits to the establishment of an efficient tissue-culture regeneration system for maize.
