摘 要:百合病毒病是制约百合生产的一类重要病害,由于抗病资源的匮乏,利用常规育种方法培育抗病毒百合品种的工作几科停滞。本研究克隆了三种常见和危害最严重的百合病毒外壳蛋白(coat protein,CP)基因,百合无症病毒(Lily symptomless virus,LSV),百合斑驳病毒(Lily mottle virus,LMoV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV),并且构建了三价表达载体,用根癌农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)介导的方法转化白天堂百合(Lilium spp.),为百合的抗病毒育种提供种植资源和育种材料。Lily virus disease is one of the most seriously damaged disease. Due to the narrow genetic basis of lily breeding materials, lily resistance breeding for new antiviral varieties was always at a standstill. In this study, Lily symptomless virus (LSV)、Lily mottle virus (LMoV) and Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV),three widely distributed and seriously damaged virus' coat protein genes were cloned. To provide new planting germplasm resources and resistance breeding materials for lily, three coat protein genes plant expression vector was constructed, and transformed into callus of Lilium by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated.
