摘  要:采用超声喷雾辅助重结晶装置对RDX进行重结晶研究,以二甲基亚砜为溶剂,纯净水为非溶剂,制备了微米球形化RDX。用扫描电镜和激光粒度分析仪对RDX的形貌和粒度进行了表征,并测试了样品的热分解性能和撞击感度。结果表明:制备的样品呈球形,颗粒分布均匀,中值粒径为2.65μm;和原料相比,重结晶RDX的撞击感度明显降低,特性落高(H50)由21.51cm升高到36.43cm。经过该重结晶工艺,RDX的活化能和热爆炸临界温度略有升高。With the dimethylsulfoxide and purified water as solvent and anti-solvent respectively, spherical RDX particles sized in micrometer were produced via the method of ultrasound- and spray-assisted precipitation. Raw RDX and spherical RDX samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and particle size analysis. The thermostability and impact sensitivity was also tested and analyzed. Results show that the precipitated RDX particles have spherical and ellipsoid morphology with a smooth surface, and the mean particle size of RDX is 2.65μm. Impact sensitivity tests indicated that spherical RDX is less sensitive than raw RDX. The drop height (H50) of RDX was increased from 21.51cm of raw RDX to 36.43cm of spherical RDX. Through the recrystallization process, the activation energy and thermal explosion of RDX slightly elevated.
