摘　　要：利用黑火药成分的物理化学性质各不相同,提出了一种快速准确连续测定黑火药成分的新分析方法。设计了简单易控的实验操作装置,并结合正交试验设计,得到了实验温度、加热时间、无水硫酸钠加入量、试样量4个因素对黑火药中硫磺含量测定的影响,获得了最佳的实验条件。该方法精密度较高、操作简单、分析时间短,对环境污染小。Based on the difference in the physical and chemical properties of black powder components, a new determination method of the black powder was established. The influence of four factors, including reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of added anhydrous sodium sulfite and sample amount, on the sulphur content determination were investigated by orthogonal design, and the optimum experimental conditions were obtained. The method has the advantages of better precision, simple operation, short time and low effecting on environment.
