摘  要:为了解弹性马脚螺栓安装紧固力矩对其声学性能的影响,选取含有弹性马脚的典型管路为研究对象,进行弹性马脚螺栓安装紧固力矩变化对其声学性能的影响试验研究。结果表明,带有隔振器的弹性马脚能够抑制管路振动向基座的传递,并具有比较明显的隔振效果。当隔振器的一端螺栓紧固到一定程度时,无论如何调整隔振器的另一端螺栓在其允许范围内的安装紧固力矩大小,对各测点的振动变化影响不大。In order to master tightening moment of bolt installation for elastic clamp.to its acoustic characteristic effect,the pipeline with elastic clamp was chose as the object,and the experiments about the tightening moment change of bolt installation to its acoustic characteristic effect were carried out.The results showed that the elastic clamp with vibration isolator could restrain transmission of pipeline vibration to base,and the vibration isolation effect was well.When the one bolt of vibration isolator was fixed,no matter how the tightening moment of the other one was changed in the allowable range,the vibration change of measured points was a little.
