摘　　要：为满足野战化现场计量对技术手段的需求,实现校准实验室的移动化,本文提出了一种野战化计量检定车研制技术方案,详细论述了双层屏蔽效能方舱及渐开线少齿差行星齿轮车载起吊装置等先进设计理念及原理,有效解决了抗电磁干扰、快速装卸大型设备、安全运输精密仪器等技术难题,设计出符合GJB要求的野外实验室条件,全面实现了检定车的实用性、便利性、机动性、通用性、扩展性,保障了野战化现场计量检定工作的顺利开展。This paper proposes a technical scheme of the metrological verification car field to meet the needs of field to change the site measurement of technical means and achieve the movement of the calibration laboratory.Double layer shielding effectiveness application and less tooth differenced planetary gear involute car lifting device and other advanced design concept and principle are discussed in detail.It effectively solves the electromagnetic interference,fast loading and unloading of large equipment,transportation safety precision instruments and other technical problems,The field laboratory conditions were designed to meet the requirements of GJB.The universality,convenience,flexibility,generality,extensibili ty of Verification Vehicle were roundly achieved.It guarantees the scene of the field of the metrological verification work smoothly.
