摘　　要：本文基于LabVIEW和VXI总线设计了某型编码卡的自动测试系统。在人工干预较少的情况下,该自动测试系统可以软件生成测试所需的各种数字激励信号,并将被测编码卡的数字输出信号读到计算机与理想数据进行对比,然后评判测试结果是否满足相应的要求。该自动测试系统实现了编码卡的自动测试、检验和分析,大大提高了相关产品检测的效率和可靠性。An automatic test system（ATS） based on LabVIEW and the VXI bus is designed for a type of coding card in this paper.By few steps of manual operations,the ATS can generate all types of digital excitation signals by software,compare the digital output signals of the coding card under test which have been read in PC with the desired data and evaluate whether the test result satisfies the corresponding requirements.The automatic test,inspection and analysis of the coding card are achieved through the ATS,which greatly raises the efficiency and reliability of related products inspection.
