Determination of As and Hg in Soil by Two Methods of Resolution-the Hydride Generalion-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry in Tibet

摘  要:采用水浴消解和高压罐消解两种消解方法对土壤样品进行前处理,研究两种前处理方法对测定土壤As、Hg含量的精密度和准确性。实验表明:高压罐消解法测定土壤更为快速、准确、简便,回收率在97.5%-103.0%之间,RSD小于1.9%,结果较为满意。利用高压罐消解法测定2个西藏土壤样品,As含量分别为8.56 mg/kg和12.3mg/kg,Hg含量分别为0.0230mg/kg和0.0383 mg/kg,远低于土壤环境质量标准值。Soil samples were pretreated by two digestion methods,including water bath digestion(WBS) and highpressure vessel digestion(HPVD),to investigate the effects of two digestion methods on precision and accuracy of determining As and Hg in soil.The results showed that HPVD having fast,accurate and simple features was superior to WBS.Besides,the recovery rate of HPVD ranged from 97.5% to 103.0%,and RSD was less than 1.9%.On the basis of HPVD method,the As content of two soil samples in Tibet were 8.56mg/kg and 12.3mg/kg while Hg content of that were 0.0230mg/ kg and 0.0383mg/kg,respectively.The method is well below Quality Standards of Soil Environment.
