摘　　要：美国PERKIN ELMER公司生产的ELAN6000电感耦合等离子体质谱仪,具有很低的检出限,基体效应小,谱线简单,能同时测定许多元素和同位素,动态范围宽。为了保持仪器良好的性能,必须经常对仪器进行调整和优化。调整主要保持质谱仪四极质量过滤器的性能;优化则是对仪器的雾化器气体流量、透镜、检测器等部分的性能优化。本文简要介绍了仪器的基本组成及工作原理,详细介绍了调整和性能优化的方法步骤。ELAN 6000 inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer（ICP-MS） was made in PERKIN ELMER company of USA.The instrument has the advantages of low detection limit,little matrix effect,simple spectra,simultaneous determination of multi-element and isotopes,wide dynamic range.In order to maintain the instrument for optimum performance,it is often needed to tun and optimize the instrument.Tuning is mainly to keep performance for mass spectrometer quadrupole mass filter.Optimization is mainly to optimize performance such as part of the nebulizer gas flow,lens,detector etc.This paper briefly introduces the basic structure,operational principle of the instrument,and the procedures for tuning and performance optimization.
