摘　　要：ATD350是美国Perkinelmer公司的一种热脱附自动进样器。该系列有五种不同的型号可以选择,同时也可以选择一些附件以增加仪器的功能。热脱附技术指通过在惰性气流下,对非挥发性基质进行加热,将基质中挥发性组分分离出来,分离后的挥发性组分被吸附到冷阱上,最后转至色谱仪上进行分析。本文根据笔者对热脱附仪维修过程中所取得的经验,描述了该仪器的故障维修及保养。希望本文对仪器的使用者或维修人员有所帮助。The ATD 350 is an automatic thermal desorption sampler for Perkinelmer.There are five series of models for available and various accessories can be selected to enhance the function of the instrument.The thermal desorption is a technique that extracts volatiles from a non-volatile matrix by heating the matrix/sample in a stream of inert gas.The extracted volatiles are subsequently refocused onto a cold trap from which they are transferred in a narrow band to a chromatographic column for analysis.Based on the experience on service of thermal desorber,a process of the troubleshooting is dealt with.The paper could make reference to the users and service engineer.
