摘 要:目的对工作场所空气中五氧化二磷的离子色谱法测定条件进行优化。方法五氧化二磷被水吸收生成磷酸,以40 mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,流速1.0 ml/min,AS-19色谱柱分离,离子色谱电导检测器检测吸收液中磷酸根浓度,换算得五氧化二磷浓度。结果五氧化二磷线性范围为0.11μg/ml~4.00μg/ml,回归方程y=0.181x-0.011,r=0.9995,检出限0.11μg/ml,精密度为1.3%~3.5%,回收率为96%~103%。结论本法适用于工作场所空气中五氧化二磷的测定。Objective To optimize the method for determination of phosphorus pentoxide in air of workplace by ion chromatography. Methods The phosphorus pentoxide in workplace air was absorbed by water to produce phosphor- ic acid. Then the phosphoric acid was separated on AS - 19 chromatographic column with 40 mmol/L KOH as eluent and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Phosphate radical level in absorption liquid was determined by ion chromatography - conductivity detector to convert to the concentration of phosphorus pentoxide. Results The linear range of phos- phorus pentoxide was 0.11 μg/m1-4.00 μg/ml. The regression equation was y =0. 181x -0. 011 with the correla- tion coefficient of 0. 9995. The detection limit was 0.11 μg/ml and the relative standard deviation was 1.3% - 3.5%. The extraction recovery was 96% - 103%. Conclusion This method is suitable to determinate phosphorus pentoxide in air of workplace.
