摘  要:目的提出冷饮食品中镁的样品前处理方法和火焰原子吸收检测方法以应对突发事件。方法冷饮食品中的镁经3种样品前处理方法:湿式消解法、干灰化法、微波消解法后用火焰原子吸收法测定。结果 3种方法的相对标准差RSD为0.72%~1.33%,加标回收率为92%~103%。结论 3种样品前处理方法的灵敏度、精密度都较高,准确率好,适用于冷饮食品中镁的分析测定。Objective A method for pretreatment of magnesium in cold drinks and the flame atomic absorption spec- trometry were proposed to deal with sudden incidents. Methods The magnesium in the cold drinks was treated by wet digestion method, dry ashing method and microwave digestion method, then detected by the flame atomic ab- sorption spectrometry. Results The relative standard deviation (RSD%) of the three methods were from 0.72 to 1.33. The recovery rate was from 92% to 103%. Conclusion The three pretreatment methods all had high sensi- tivity, good precision and accuracy, so it was suitable for the determination of the magnesium in cold drinks.
