杭州市余杭区2007年-2011年市售水果蔬菜农药残留检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解辖区内市售水果、蔬菜的农药残留情况和趋势。方法随机抽样480件,按照国家标准检验方法进行检测,根据国家标准进行结果判定。结果 480份样品,检出率4.17%,超标率为3.54%,检出3种有机磷,未检出氨基甲酸酯农药。5年间超标率在0%～18.33%范围内,检出范围在0.017 mg/kg～160 mg/kg间。青菜中有机磷检出率最高。结论余杭区市售水果蔬菜存在一定的农药残留污染,但从2008年开始,农药残留检出率和超标率明显降低并趋于稳定。Objective To understand the situation and trend of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables in markets within the Yuhang district. Methods A total of 480 random samples were detected in accordance with national standard examination method and evaluated with national standards. Results In 480 products, the detection rate and the over - limited rate were 4.17% and 3.54% , three kinds of organophosphorus were detected but carbamate pesticide not. In five years, the over - limited rate was between 0% - 18.33% , the detection range was between 0. 017 mg/kg- 160 mg/kg. Organophosphorus pesticides detection rate of greens was highest. Conclusion There is pesticide residues pollution in fruits and vegetables in markets in Yuhang city, but, pesticide residue detection rate and over- limited rate decrease obviously and tend to be stable from ：2008.
