摘　　要：在电子电路装配时,通常需要准确、快速、自动地对电阻器件进行分选。采用电阻-电压转换测量法,设计了一种便携式电阻测试仪。系统运用R/V转换器将被测电阻转换成电压,经转换后得到的直流电压经A/D转换器转换为数字信号,由单片机STC89C51控制输出显示被测电阻值到LCD。经测试表明:系统测量误差小于1%,满足设计的预期要求。单片机STC89C51的使用,使得仪器微型化、使用简洁、精度高、性能稳定。In the electronic circuit assembly, usually need to quickly, automatically sorting of resistance device. The resistance to voltage conversion method of measurement, a portable resistance tester design. The system uses RN converter converts the measured resistance into voltage, the DC voltage conversion by the A/D converter into a digital signal, controlled by the microcontroller STC89C51 output display the measured resistance value to LCD. The test results show that： the system t error is less than 1%, meet the design expectations. The use of SCM STC89C51, enables the instrument miniaturization, simple to use, high precision, stable performance.
