摘　　要：介绍了以双频激光干涉仪为测量设备的液位标准装置的测量原理,对影响装置的主要因素进行了分析,采用不确定度A、B两类判定方法,通过实际应用的计算公式,最终对测量结果进行了不确定度分析,得出液位标准装置的标准不确定度u c为0.022 36 mm,展伸不确定度U为0.067 08 mm。This paper describes the principle of liquid level standard device which uses dual-frequency laser interferometer for measuring device, and analysises the main affective factors, by using A ,B two methods and actual application of calculation formula analysises the results of the measurement uncertainty.The uo of liquid level standard device is 0.022 36 mm,the U is 0.06 708 mm.
