摘　　要：针对车辆对交通安全的迫切需求,提出一种基于北斗、GPS和GLONASS卫星导航应用平台,集成城市车辆主动交通安全模型、高可靠无缝融合传输网络、城市车辆多维综合信息高速采集系统、面向主动交通安全的一体化实时时空数据处理车载智能终端、网络管理及服务一体化平台软件设计等方面的技术,构建一种面向主动交通安全的城市车辆在线位置服务系统,减少城市交通事故,缓解城市交通拥堵,为相关项目的实施提供设计思路和技术路线。On the urgent need of urban traffic safety, A traffic active safety oriented urban vehicles online location service system based on Compass, GPS and GLONASS satellite navigation application platform,integrated urban vehicle active safety model,with seamless integration of highly reliable transmission network,Urban Vehicle multidimensional integrated information collection system,real-time data processing vehicle intelligent terminal was proposed. This system can reduce urban traffic accidents, ease urban traffic congestion, and provide design ideas and technology roadmap for implementation of the related project.
