摘　　要：建筑信息模型将数字技术直接应用于建筑工程中。在查阅大量有关BIM研究应用的文献基础上,全面总结了我国BIM技术的推广、研究及应用现状,结合国内重大工程介绍BIM技术在实际建设项目中具体应用情况。最后针对BIM技术发展和推广中存在的问题,提出促进BIM实施的建议,为BIM技术在我国建筑行业更深入的推广应用提供参考。Based on the three dimension digital technology, Building Information Model integrates various detailed information of the engineering project. By Building information model, the digital technology is directly applied to construction project. On the basis of a large number of literature about the research of BIM, the promotion,research and application status about BIM are summarized; Combining the domestic major engineering, the specific application of BIM in actual construction project is introduced. Finally specific to the existing problems in development and promotion of BIM technology, suggestions are proposed to promote the implementation of BIM, which provides important reference for further application of BIM technology in construction industry.
