论我国农民工工伤保险费率制度的优化

摘　　要：工伤保险费率是工伤保险制度的核心内容,也是工伤保险制度良好运行的有效保证。我国农民工工伤保险费率制度存在工伤风险等级划分过于简略、保险基金统筹层次不高等问题,应通过细化差别费率档次、扩大浮动费率适用范围、多指标融合测算确定浮动费率以及以一年为浮动费率的测算周期等方式进一步优化。The rate system of work-related injury insurance is the core content of work-related injury insurance, and is also the effective guarantee of running well work-related injury insurance. However, there exist some problems in the rote system of work-related injury insurance of migrant workers. For example, the risk grade division of injury is too brief; the hierarchy of insurance fund is not high. In fact, the optimization of the rate system should be achieved through thinning different rate grades, widening the application scope of floating rate, determining the floating rate by multi-index fusion measurement, and taking a year as a measure cycle of floating rate, etc..
