北京市知识产权运营模式分析

摘　　要：本文首先介绍了知识产业运营的含义和模式,讨论了北京市构建知识产权运营体系的必要性;其次,通过实地调研北京市知识产权运营企业和企业的内部知识产权管理实践,总结了北京市知识产权运营的主要模式;最后,分析了知识产权运营的构成要素,包括:技术评价网络、资源获取能力,业务领域、商业模式和外部环境,并提出企业是知识产权产业化的主体,政府需要适时提供引导和支持。Firstly, this paper introduced what are intellectual property （ IP ） operation and the operation model, and discussed the necessity of constructing IP operation system in Beijing. Secondly, the paper summarized the operation models based on the field research in firms in Beijing. Thirdly, this paper analyzed the five component of IP operation system-technology assessment network, resource acquisition ability, business field, business model and environment, and suggested that firms are the core part of IP operation system and government should give some guide and support when necessary.
