老年人社会化养老服务机制建设的思考——以西安市为例

摘　　要：加强社会养老服务机制建设有着重要意义。当前老年人社会化养老服务机制存在服务对象补贴少、设施建设质量不高、评价忽视隐性内容、监管缺乏整合效力、责任追究缺失等缺陷。通过构建服务对象分类供给机制,加强精品设施建设,构建科学动态评价机制,建立立体式监管机制,完善责任追究机制等路径措施,大力推进老年人社会化养老服务机制建设。It is of great significance to strengthen social care service system construction. There exist defects of the elderly social care services mechanisms currently, such as few subsidies to service objects, poor quality of infrastructure ; the evaluation ignored hidden content, the lack of regulatory integration, the lack of accountability, etc. The socialization of elderly care service mechanisms is promoted vigorously by supply the services mechanism with object classification, strengthening the quality facilities, setting up a scientific dynamic evaluation mechanism, establishing multiple monitoring mechanism, improving accountability mechanisms.
