摘 要:基因表达与调控方面的研究改变了我们对RNA的认识。近年的研发现,长非编码RNA(lncRNA通常大于200碱基而区别于microRNA)参与了一些重要的生命过程,包括染色质修饰、基因转录和转录后调节、蛋白质的活性调节和亚细胞定位以及细胞结构的维持等。新的发现引起越来越多的重视,但这些仍只是非编码RNA的一小部分,人们相信随着研究的深入,lncRNA的调控网络将渐渐浮出水面,不仅对我们认识生命过程的新调节层面有很大帮助,而且具有极大的应用潜力,例如用于基因治疗等方面。Recent investigations on gene expression and regulation have changed our understanding of the RNA world . Differing from micro RNA in length , long non-coding RNAs ( lncRNA ) are generally considered as transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides . The lncRNAs have been involved in diverse important biological processes such as chromatin remodeling , transcription and post transcription modification , conformation modulation and activity regulation of proteins , sub-cellular location of proteins and maintenance of cell structure . The studies and finding have shed light on a series of novel lncRNA molecules in regulation of gene expression , but it is believed that more lncRNAs will be coming in future . New studies not only provide insight into understanding of lncRNAs regulation network , also confer lncRNAs as potential targets in gene therapy .
