HPLC法测定玉美人轻身减肥片中大黄素和大黄酚的含量

摘　　要：目的建立玉美人轻身减肥片中大黄素和大黄酚含量的测定方法。方法以Hypersil-ODS柱（46．mm×150mm，5μm）为色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0．1％醋酸（85∶15），检测波长为254nm，流速为10．mL/min。结果大黄素在00．25～01．25μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为10．000，平均回收率为1001．％，RSD为09．3％；大黄酚在00．5～02．5μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为10．000，平均回收率为998．9％，RSD为10．2％。结论该方法可行，重现性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Yumeiren Qingshen Jianfei Tablets by HPLC .Methods Hypersil-ODS column （ 4 .6 mm × 150 mm , 5 μm ） was used as stationary phase . The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0 .1% acetic acid （ 85∶15） with a flow rate at 1 .0 ml/min and detection wavelength at 254 nm . Results Emodin sampling in the range 0 .025~0 .125μg had good relationship with peak area （ r = 1 .000 0） with the average recovery of 100 .1% and RSD = 0 .93% . Chrysophanol sampling in 0 .05~0 .25 μg showed good relationship with peak area （ r = 1 .000 0） with the average recovery of 99 .89% and RSD = 1 .02% .Conclusion This method is feasible , reproducible , and can be used for the preparation of quality control .
