高效液相色谱法测定乙肝扶正胶囊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

摘　　要：目的 HPLC 测定乙肝扶正胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法高效液相色谱法（C18柱）。结果在10．4～208．0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好（r＝09．999），平均回收率为993．9％，RSD＝13．2％。结论本法简便，准确，重现性好，可作为该产品的质量控制方法。Objective To detect the Tanshinone Ⅱ A content of Hepatitis B Fuzheng capsules;Methods HPLC（C18 column） ;Results In the range from 1 .04 to 20 .80μg/ml good linear relationship existed , the average recovery is 99 .39% , and RSD is 1 .32% ;Conclusion This method is simple ,accurate and reproducible , and can be used as method for quality control .
