摘　　要：目的观察大鼠L6前根切断再吻合术后尿道外括约肌运动终板的重塑。方法选用SPF级成年雄性大鼠77只，随机分为3组，手术组L6前根切断后中枢端和外周端再吻合；假手术组L6前根切断后中枢端和外周端不吻合；正常组不做任何处理。将各组大鼠分别于术后1、4、8、16周取尿道外括约肌，应用氯化金压片染色的方法观察大鼠尿道外括约肌运动终板的形态学变化。结果术后1周手术组、假手术组尿道外括约肌运动终板形态与正常组无明显变化；术后4～8周手术组、假手术组尿道外括约肌运动终板形态均逐渐退变，但2组间无明显变化；术后16周手术组尿道外括约肌运动终板形态恢复接近正常组，假手术组则几乎看不到运动终板。结论 L6前根切断再吻合后，大鼠尿道外括约肌运动终板在术后16周前逐渐减少，16周后运动终板逐渐增多。Objective To observe the remodeling of motor endplate of the external urethral sphincter in rats after L 6 ventral root cut anastomosis . Methods 77 SPF adult male rats were randomly divided into three groups：surgery group：anastomosis of L6 ventral root centripetal end and peripheral end;sham group：L6 was cut off , but no anastomosis of L6 ventral root centripetal end and peripheral end was performed;normal group：no treatment . The external urethral sphincter was taken respectively in subgroups rats at 1 ,4 ,8 and 16 weeks after the operation . The gold chloride staining was used to observe the remodeling of motor endplate of the external urethral sphincter in rats .Results The morphology of urethral sphincter motor endplate in the 3 groups had no significant change after 1 week , that in surgery group and sham group gradually reduced after 4 W-8 W and there was no significant change of the morphology between the two groups . The morphology of urethral sphincter motor endplate in surgical group resumed nearly normal group after 16W postoperation , and the motor endplate could not be found in the sham group . Conclusion After cut and anastomosis of L6 ventral root , urethral sphincter motor endplate in rat gradually reduced before 16W postoperation , and gradually increased after 16W .
