摘  要:为考察X聚合物对PF(酚醛树脂)在盐溶液中分散稳定性的影响,探讨了PF分散体系在不同介质中的浊度、流体力学直径(D_h)和Zeta电位之变化情况。研究结果表明:在去离子水中,PF分子聚集体的D_h为16.8 nm,表面带负电荷,体系稳定性良好;引入NaCl后,PF分子聚集体的D_h增至100.0 nm,Zeta电位绝对值减小,并发生明显的聚沉现象,体系稳定性下降;同时引入NaCl和X聚合物后,X聚合物分子可与PF分子共同形成复合聚集体,其D_h降至45.0 nm、Zeta电位绝对值增大、聚集体之间的静电斥力增加且体系稳定性增强。In order to examine the influences of X-polymer on dispersion stability of PF(phenol-formaldehyde resin) in salt solution, the changes of some factors[such as turbidity,Dh(hydrodynamic diameter) and Zeta-potential] in PF's dispersion system with different mediums were discussed. The research results showed that the system had good stability because the Dh of PF's molecule aggregates with anion surface in deionized water was 16.8 nm. The system had poor stability because the Oh of PF's molecule aggregates with obvious coagulation was increased to 100.0 nm,and the absolute value of Zeta-potential was decreased when the NaC1 was introduced into system. The system had better stability because the composite aggregates between X-polymer molecules and PF molecules could be formed,so its Dh was decreased to 45.0 repulsion between aggregates and aggregates were introduced into system. nm,the absolute value of Zeta-potential and the electrostatic enhanced when the NaC1 and X-polymer were simultaneously
