摘  要:以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(HEA)为交联单体、V-20S为反应性阴离子型乳化剂和A-6830为非离子型乳化剂,采用预乳化半连续乳液聚合法合成了表面保护膜用丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶)。研究结果表明:以耐水性、剥离强度和持粘力为考核指标,采用单因素试验法优选出制备该PSA的最佳工艺条件为w(总乳化剂)=2%(相对于单体总质量而言)、w(V-20S)=60%(相对于总乳化剂质量而言)、w(复合交联单体)=5.5%(相对于单体总质量而言)和m(AA):m(HEA)=1:2.62;此时V-20S参与了单体的无规共聚反应,共聚物的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)大于理论设计值(-40℃);V-20S能明显提高乳胶膜的耐水性,优化交联单体含量能明显提高PSA的持粘力,同时PSA剥离后无残胶痕迹。With butyl acrylate (BA) as soft monomer, methyl methacrylate (MMA) as hard monomer, acrylic acid(AA) and 2-hydroxy ethyl acrylate(HEA) as crosslinking monomers,V-20S as reactive anionic emulsifier and A-6830 as non-ionic emulsifier,an acrylate PSA(pressure sensitive adhesive) for surface protective film was synthesized by pre-emulsification semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. The research results showed that with water resistance,peeling strength,and hold tack as evaluation indices,the optimal process conditions of preparing PSA were preferred by single-factor experiment method when mass fractions of total emulsifiers and composite crosslinking monomers were 2% and 5.5% respectively in total monomers,mass fraction of V-20S was 60% in total emulsifiers,and the same time,there was no PSA's trace after peeling.
