摘　　要：如何推进节约型校园建设,避免"公地悲剧"以及"反公地悲剧",从管理机制上探讨推进节约型校园建设的有效机制是很有必要的。文章首先分析了当前节约型校园建设存在的问题及其理论根源,其后介绍了节约型校园研究的现状并提出节约型校园建设的三大管理机制,最后探讨了管理机制如何建设。How to promote the resource saving campus construction, to avoid the ＂tragedy of the commons＂ and ＂anti-tragedy of the commons＂, to explore an effective mechanism to promote the resource saving campus building of high school is a priority on the management mechanism. We first analyze the resource saving campus construction status and the theory behind them, but also analyze the management mechanism of resource saving campus, and then explore how to build it.
