摘　　要：英国房地产市场是世界上最成熟的市场之一,在其发展历程中积累了非常丰富的经验和教训。本文从住房金融政策的角度,首先研究英国住房金融政策的演变过程和现状,然后对中国和英国住房金融政策进行全面的对比,分析各自的优势和不足,最后提出完善我国住房金融政策的相关建议。The real estate market of UK is one of the most mature markets, and it has accumulated a lot of experi- ences. From the perspective of housing finance policy, this paper first researches the evolution and present situation of the housing finance policy in UK, and then it compares the differences of the housing finance policy between UK and China. Finally, this paper gives some practicable propositions to improve the housing finance policy in China.
