摘 要:目的观察山茶籽对去卵巢大鼠子宫和相关激素水平的影响。方法 6月龄健康雌性大鼠80只,分成4个实验组(n=20):(1)假手术组(sham);(2)去卵巢模型组(OVX);(3)山茶籽+去卵巢组(Ts+OVX),山茶籽醇提取物的水溶灌胃,10 ml·kg-1·d-1(相当生药5 g/g);(4)山茶籽+假手术组(Ts+sham),山茶籽醇提取物的水溶灌胃,10 ml·kg-1·d-1(相当生药5 g/g);各实验组第12周称重后,麻醉大鼠取左心血5 ml,处死取子宫。测血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、促卵泡激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)含量,测量子宫湿重和子宫系数,子宫组织切片,光镜观察其形态结构。结果与sham组比较,OVX组的子宫明显萎缩,子宫系数变小,血清E2和P含量明显减少(P﹤0.01),而血清FSH和LH含量明显升高(P﹤0.01)。与OVX组比较,Ts+OVX组血清E2和P含量明显升高(P﹤0.01),而血清FSH和LH含量明显降低;与sham组比较,Ts+sham组的血清E2、P、FSH和LH含量没有明显变化(P>0.05)。结论山茶籽所含植物性雌激素对雌激素缺乏所致雌性大鼠子宫萎缩、雌、孕激素降低和FSH、LH升高有明显治疗作用,而对正常雌性大鼠子宫和相关激素没有明显影响。Objective To observe the effect of mountain camellia on uterus of ovariectomized rats and related hormone levels.Methods 6-month-old healthy female rats 80 were divided into four experimental groups (n =20):(1) sham (sham) ; (2) ovariectomized model (OVX); (3) mountain tea seed + ovariectomized (Ts + OVX),mountain water-soluble alcohol extract of tea seed fed,10 ml · kg-1 · d-1 (crude drug 5 g/g) ; (4) mountain camellia + sham group (Ts + sham),alcohol extract of tea seed mountain watersoluble material fed,10 ml · kg-1 · d-1 (crude drug 5 g/g) groups.After 12 weeks,rats were weighed,anesthetized to take 5 ml blood of left heart and uterus.Serum estradiol (E2),progesterone (P),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels were detected,uterine wet weight and uterine index were measured,uterine biopsy was used to observe the morphology.Results Compared with sham group,OVX group was significantly shrink the uterus,uterine index became smaller,the serum E2 and P were significantly reduced (P < 0.01),and serum FSH and LH were significantly higher (P < 0.01).Compared with the OVX group,serum E2 and P were significantly higher (P < 0.01),and serum FSH and LH were significantly lower in Ts + OVX group.Compared with the sham group,there were no significant differences in serum E2,P,FSH and LH in Ts + sham group (P > 0.05).Conclusions Phytoestrogens in mountain tea seed has obvious therapeutic effect on uterine atrophy in female rats,decreased E2 and P and increased FSH,LH caused by estrogen dificiency,while has no effect on the normal uterus and hormones in normal female rat.
