摘　　要：利用光学显微镜及扫描电镜研究了T700铸坯及成品板中夹杂物的形态、大小及成分。结果发现,吹氩前与吹氩后相比,铸坯中各尺度的颗粒数量及颗粒尺寸均有下降,但下降量很小。对典型的显微夹杂物进行能谱分析,发现主要为硫化物、硅酸盐、镁酸盐、钛酸盐和钙酸盐等复合夹杂物,而相应成品板中夹杂物多在5μm以下,且数量不多。The size distribution and component inclusion in casting billet and end product of T700 were investigated by optical microscope and SEM. The results show that the mount and size of inclusion both slight decrease. By energy spectrum analysis, the composition is sulfide, silicate, magnesium salt, titanate and calcium. The size of inclusions in end product is below 5μm and the mount is small.
