摘 要:采用机械球磨法制备扁平状FeSiAl磁粉,研究不同球磨时间和不同石蜡添加量对其电磁参数和吸波性能的影响。研究表明,FeSiAl磁粉经机械球磨40h后有较好的扁平化效果,且扁平状好的磁粉有着较好的电磁波吸收特性;随着石蜡含量增加,磁导率不断减小。当石蜡添加量为30wt%时,磁粉有良好吸波特性;随材料厚度的增加,反射率不断减小且峰值向着低频段移动;当成型厚度为3mm时,在3.5GHz处具有最小反射率-18dB。Flattened FeSiAl-magnetic powder was prepared by mechanical milling. The electromagnetic parameters and absorbing properties under different milling time and different paraffin additional amount were studied. The results show that FeSiAl magnetic powder has a better flattening effect by mechanical milling for 40 h, and has a good electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics. As the paraffin content increases, permeability decreases: when the paraffin content is 30 wt%, the magnetic powder has good microwave absorbing characteristics, With material thickness' increasing, the reflectivity continuously reduces and the reflection peak towards to the low-band. When the molding is 3mm in thickness, FeSiAl-magnetic powder has a minimum reflectivity of- 18 dB at 3.5 GHz.
