摘  要:采用粉末冶金方法制备了WC钢结硬质合金,对钢结硬质合金进行不同温度淬火,并在200℃低温回火。对组织结构进行分析,在M200磨损试验机上进行干滑动磨损试验,对磨损形貌进行分析。结果表明:经900℃加热淬火回火后的合金组织较为理想,具有较高耐磨性。The hard metal of WC/steel was made by powder metallurgy process. The different temperature quenching was conducted then tempering at 200 ℃ for hard metal. The dry sliding wear test was carded out by M200 wear tester. The microstmcture, wear morphology and wear property of the hard metal were studied. The results show that the microstmcture of the hard metal quenched at 900 ℃ and tempering is better and it can exhibit good wear resistance.
