摘 要:采用辉光离子共渗技术对TC4合金表面进行等离子Mo-B共渗处理,研究了温度对涂层表面形貌和涂层厚度的影响。用扫描电镜和能谱分析了涂层的微观形貌和截面元素分布特点,用X射线衍射仪分析涂层的相结构。结果表明,不同温度下辉光离子Mo-B共渗的表面形貌不一样,1050℃的涂层表面比950℃的涂层表面更光滑平整;不同温度下涂层的厚度也不一样,1050℃的涂层厚度可达128μm,而950℃的涂层厚度为60μm,高温下更有利于制备出合适的涂层;表面涂层主要由Mo和TiB2组成。The glow plasma molybdenum-boronizing methods was performed on the surface of TC4 Alloy. The effects of temperature on the surface of pattern and thickness of layer were studied. The layer surface microstrncture and elements distribution were analysed by SEM and ESP analysis. The phase structure of layer was analysed by XRD. The results show that the microstructure of the layer with different processed temperature is different. The thickness prepared at 1050 ℃ is much smoother and flatter than at 950 ℃. The thickness of layer under different temperature is also different. The thickness of layer can reach 128 wm when the temperature is 1050 ℃. But the thickness of layer is 60 μm when the temperature is 950 ℃. It is better to prepare proper layer with high temperature. The surface layer is mainly consisted of Mo and TiB2.
