摘 要:采用中值滤波、维纳滤波及高斯滤波相结合的综合滤波技术与数学形态学方法,对传统的Canny算法进行改进,并将其应用于淬火+回火热处理后GCr15轴承钢扫描电镜的金相图像中碳化物颗粒的边缘提取。结果表明,运用改进的Canny算法可有效提取淬火+回火热处理后的GCr15轴承钢金相中碳化物颗粒的边缘,效果明显好于Canny算法所提取的碳化物颗粒的边缘,为计算碳化物颗粒面积大小以及判定GCr15轴承钢处理质量的好坏奠定了基础。A combination filtering technology based on Median filtering, Wiener filtering and Gaussian filtering, as well as mathematical morphology method to improve the traditional Canny operator, was employed to extract edge of carbide particles of the GCr15 bearing steel SEM metallographic after quenching and tempering. The results show that the improved Canny operator can effectively extract the edges of the carbide particle of the GCr15 bearing steel metallographic after quenching and tempering, and the effect is obviously better than that using the traditional Canny operator in extracting the edge of the carbide particle, which lays the foundation for calculating the carbide particle's area and judging the quality of the GCr15 bearing steel heat treatment.
